Questions:

  1. I tried to make flan recently, but I wasn't able to whisk it so that the eggs weren't chunky. How could I keep that from happening?
  2. One of my badge requirements is to make a full meal. I want to use the proportions of the MyPlate. I am partly vegetarian. Do you have any ideas for an easy meal?
  3. What was the first full meal that you made?
  4. How has the menu changed due to covid-19?
  5. How the orders changed because of covid-19?

Takeaway:

  1. Mix and heat all of the other ingredients ant then slowly whisk the eggs in.
  2. Maybe make some veggie lasagna with salad or bread.
  3. She started cooking when she was 10 and made fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and croissants for her mom and brother for breakfast.
  4. One Acre Cafe is only serving one type of meal.
  5. Most people are not able to pay for their meals. The day of the interview, they had 149 customers and only 5 had paid.
